We believe you should know what you’ll pay before the hook-up. Below are our contracted rates for law-enforcement and private-property impounds, alongside standard storage and after-hours release fees. Private, non-impound tows are quoted up front and itemized on every invoice.
Note: Contract rates only apply when the named agency requests the tow. Private tows (you call us directly) use different pricing and are quoted before service.
Agency Contract Notes:
- Police agency minimum charge: one-hour tow fee, even if the tow takes less than an hour.

Common Questions
Why are police/impound rates different from private tows?
They’re governed by contracts with each agency. Private calls are quoted separately before service.
What’s an “after-hours release”?
Releasing a vehicle outside posted office hours; the fee covers staffing the yard during off-hours.
When do storage fees apply?
For impounds, daily storage applies while a vehicle is held at the yard. (Check with your agency for case-specific details.)
How are storage fees calculated?
- Storage starts as soon as the vehicle enters the storage facility. Customers pay the same daily fee whether the vehicle is there for 1 hour or 8 hours within that day.
- After the first 24 hours of an impound, storage is charged per calendar day.
Is there a minimum charge?
- Police agency tows: minimum of one hour at the applicable tow rate.
- Private tows: quoted up front; any minimums are disclosed in your estimate.
Do you provide itemized receipts?
Yes. Ask for an estimate before authorizing the tow. You’ll receive an itemized invoice at release.
